Arcola Post Frame and Construction Last updated: 9 August 2026
Arcola Post Frame and Construction ("Arcola," "we," "us") builds decks, bathrooms, remodels and post-frame buildings in the St. Croix Valley. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on Facebook or Instagram. Your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the questions in the form — the budget range you're planning for and when you'd like the work finished. Facebook may prefill some of these from your profile; you can edit them before submitting.
When you contact us directly. Whatever you send us by phone, text, email, or message — including your project address, photos, plans, and anything else you choose to share.
When you visit our website. Standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you viewed.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we collect it
-
To call or text you back about your project
-
To prepare an estimate and schedule a site visit
-
To carry out the work if you hire us, including ordering materials and coordinating subcontractors
-
To keep records we're required to keep as a licensed contractor
-
To send occasional follow-ups about your project — you can ask us to stop at any time
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where it's needed to do the job or run the business:
-
Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, and only the details they need
-
Service providers who host our website, email, and customer records
-
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — when you submit a lead form, your responses pass through Meta's systems before reaching us. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by their privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy
-
Government agencies where a permit, inspection, or law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as we're working with you and afterward as long as needed for warranty, tax, and legal purposes — generally seven years. If you contact us and never become a customer, we keep your enquiry for up to two years, then delete it.
How we protect it
We limit access to the people who need it and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
-
Tell you what information we hold about you
-
Correct anything that's wrong
-
Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
-
Stop contacting you
Email or call us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page.
